Recently, I saw this little delight online and waited about 30 seconds before ordering my own. It's the Buddha Board, and I love it!
It allows you to draw over and over again. And all you need is a little h2o to make it work!
Why can you draw and draw and draw some more? Because the water dries, erasing the board. Making it a GREAT practice surface for lettering, doodling, etc.
It's also a very calming exercise. I can sit for hours (while watching a movie, waiting for my dang ol' YouTube flick to load, etc.) and enjoy the drawing process.
Buddha Board Tip: Want to expedite the drying process? Grab your hair dryer (on low). Held at a safe distance, I've found this is a quick way to dry my board. However, please do so at your own risk. I doubt the company endorses this suggestion.
The reality is, it doesn't take long for the board to dry at all. Wanting to show you that process, I decided to film a quick flick for my YouTube channel. (Did you know I had a YouTube channel? Yeah, me neither, but I'm trying to make more of it. Have to start somewhere, right?)
Want to Buy a Board?
I don't work for Buddha Board, nor did they ask me to do any of this, but I do have an Amazon affiliate link, which is a fancy way of saying I get a few cents from any purchases I refer. If you happen to buy a board and want to do so through my link, I'd sure appreciate it. If not, no worries. I'm just excited to share. Show & Tell was always my favorite "class" at school. Some things never change.
My young assistant and I are excited to share our little Buddha movie. Maggie simply couldn't resist getting in on the act. She LOVES the thing!
You'll have to excuse my "smelly cat" voice. I'm still getting over a lousy cold. Thanks for watching! My little channel appreciates (and needs!) the love. :)
